Shipping Policy

On all domestic orders, UPS Ground standard shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order total so you will know what the charges are before you finalize your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for the selling price of the product if it is in sellable condition. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your item. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item. All returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Merchandise damaged by shipping will be reported to UPS so please contact our office as soon as possible. Please save all containers and packaging for their inspection. Without all shipping and packaging materials there is no recourse to gaining a refund.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
